RIP Bandit Bear

Bandit hasn't been doing well. At night, he'd bark and howl and we weren't getting any sleep, even with the meds the vet gave us to try to help him sleep. Saturday night he threw up, had a seizure and stopped barking. Yesterday the seizures weren't as big, but still happened and we had to hold him up to go to the bathroom and eat. We took him to the vet today around noon. We stroked him and thank goodness he went faster than Guin did. I think he was ready to go - after all, he was 17 years old. I told him to play with Guin in Heaven (she died on December 15th).

Hugs, Jayne. I'm so sorry to hear about Bandit. Bet he's having a grand time playing with Guin, though.

It hurts when they cross that bridge. Even when they've lived long wonderful lives, it hurts so much. My heart goes out to you.
